Our school takes part in the 5s primary school soccer competition each year. We usually confine it to 6th class but if we are short of numbers we may bring some 5th class children also.

Date: Monday 9th March

Time: 9.45 am – the children come to school at the usual time.

Venue: Ferrycarrig Park (home of Wexford Youths)

Finish: Children will be back in school before collection at 2.45 pm

Transport: Bus – please bring €5.

Equipment: Football boots, soccer gear and shin guards. Shin guards are mandatory and children cannot play without them. Children cannot wear spectacles – only sports goggles.

Lunch: Children will need a large bottle of water and a packed lunch.

Supervision: Mr. Kelly and Mr. Coffey will supervise the children. The school’s code of behaviour applies.
